The property has a large private pool surrounded by some garden greenery, complemented with sufficient sunbeds and two decorative straw parasols ,perfect for lounging under the sun or shade and enjoying a refreshing swim. Just right next to the pool area there is a spacious terrace that provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining or having lunch while soaking in the natural beauty of the landscape. Inside, the villa is perfectly designed with modern amenities and an inviting ambiance, making it the ideal retreat for relaxation and comfort whilst appreciating the magnificent surroundings through large windows in the living areas.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed for comfort, making meal preparation a pleasure. The villa's bedrooms are generously sized, offering ample space and tranquility for restful nights. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying al fresco dining on the terrace, or unwinding in the comfort of the villa, this property provides the ultimate peaceful retreat.

EXTERIOR: A large pool area awaits guests to have a fantastic time in family or with a small group of friends. Just right next to the pool we have a cozy seating corner with all barbecue facilities to have great meals whilst watching our little ones in the pool. In the night time, this place offers the perfect place to have some delicious cocktails in the warm lightning ambience.

Furthermore, there is parking space for several vehicles at the plot of the villa.The villa is located in a quiet residential area, not far from amenities and local restaurants.

SITUATION: Situated in a quiet residential area with no traffic, the villa is only a 10 minutes drive away from all the beautiful beaches and calas of the Javea area. The towns of Benitachell and Moraira with all their amenities like restaurants, bars and shops are as well in short driving distance.
