The Accommodation
The 207 ² house with capacity for 8 people has a living room, a kitchenette, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets, all distributed over two floors and with spacious and bright rooms.
On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, the villa offers a bright living room with a large modular sofa to relax on, air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows in the living room give access to a wonderful terrace with a hammock, chairs and sea views, from which you go up to the wonderful solarium with a chill out area with a Balinese bed and incredible views. Next to the living room, the open space gives way to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and kitchen utensils. On this same floor there is one of the toilets and a double room with an en-suite bathroom. The second toilet and the other three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, are located on the lower floor. All bedrooms have queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar de Jávea, a shearing residential area and next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala Portixol" just 4 km away, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant Restaurante "Mirador de Jávea" at 1 kilometer and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" at 700m. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found around, the Arenal area of ​​Jávea is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only Arena de Jávea beach and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The "ALC" airport is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.
