Villa Octante is a contemporary 5 bedroom property set in the foothills of Montgo Mountain, with breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The spacious villa offers ample opportunities for outdoor living, with a first floor balcony, covered terrace and private pool. The Arenal area of Javea is just a 15 minute drive away with a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the sandy Arenal Beach. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Octante has a stunning location, set at the foot of Montgo mountain with breath-taking countryside views stretching across the valley towards the Bernia mountains in the distance. Known for its micro climate created by the Montgo Mountain, Javea is considered one of the healthiest places to live. Local restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away, whereas Javea Old Town is a 10 minute drive. Here you will find a weekly market, shops, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, the popular Arenal Beach is just a 10 minute drive, where bars and restaurants line the promenade. Our Villa Scenic is opposite Villa Octante.
