Villa Torre - Ideal for 2 families

The large villa (700 m2) stands on mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end.



The villa's interior is very spacious with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge dining area is open plan in design. Numerous French doors lead from a well-appointed living area to the covered veranda. The house offers homely comforts.



The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for 2 families to be separated but still be together.



In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized. To ensure we get the balance right we have been working with acclaimed interior designer Jessica Bataille and the results are really stunning. We have 5 new bathrooms; all bedrooms have air conditioning now and we created an additional bathroom in the Tower room from where guests will enjoy a stunning view of the Montgo Massif.



Please be aware that additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for beach/pool towels, cribs, highchairs, electricity, and bed linen.



Villa Torre is equipped with satellite TV, Air conditioning in all bedrooms, WIFI high-speed Internet access, a Sonos system, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, microwaves, etc.



There are 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, 2 kitchens, a gas BBQ near the pool and an indoor garage.

Pros: This is a fantastic house. It is spacious (even for two families with in total 5 kids) and it has a very nice Spanish atmosphere. The pool was great and the outdoors are perfect for kids to play. All facilities you would need are there. The patio with partly windows was very nice to have diner and drinks later in the evening. The area is good and there is an easy access to the town and beaches. A big plus for us was that the house is high up the hill with a nice breeze so that on the hot days it is still very comfortable especially with kids. Big thanks to Chris and Joost for the warm welcome in this amazing house.

Sfeervol ingericht huis met zwembad omgeven door mooie tuin

Wij hebben genoten van dit sfeervol ingerichte huis. Tijdens ons verblijf wisselde regenbuien en zon elkaar af, echter er zijn meerdere plekken waar je gezellig met een groep kan zitten, overdekt op de veranda (tafel/lounge) beneden bij de tuin bij de grote eettafel of liggen aan het zwembad. Ook binnen zeer mooi ingericht. Kamers allen met eigen badkamer ook met alle comfort. Wij hadden wel vanwege het vochtige weer veel last van muggen. Verder alleen maar positief over dit huis.

Pros: Das neu renovierte Haus ist in gutem Zustand. Auch die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser bezaubernden Villa in vollen Zügen genossen!
