You'll have a tastefully decorated open plan living area and spacious bedrooms. Spend your time splashing about in the private pool and make the most of those scorching, sunny days. The villa is just a 5 minute drive away from the lively bars and restaurants of Javea and the sandy shores of El Arenal - a popular Blue Flag beach. Pool heating, WiFi and air cooling/heating vents in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Verde is a detached property situated in a pretty Javea neighbourhood. 5 minutes' drive away is the spectacular beach of El Arenal - you'll also find a wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants here. The popular markets and local restaurants of the Old Town, and the picturesque port are reachable in 10 minutes' by car. For a great day out, the scenic Algar waterfalls and entertaining Mundomar marine animal park are both an hour's drive away. You can also practice your swing at Club de Golf, just 10 minutes' away. Our villas Monte and Toscamar are nearby.
