"We had during our stay moisture next to the bed, that made us sick, ants & a scorpion in the room, 3 electricity blackouts and 3x loss of all the food in the fridge. Additionally to this during the whole stay we were living on a construction site as the owner planed to extend the property. With this circumstances the owner was not ready to reduce price or to find an arrangement that was convenient for us."

"There was a glitch with the booking and I had to reach out to the VRBO support line who contacted the owner for us because the morning of our scheduled arrival, I still had not received an address, nor directions on how to access the house. The owners were not expecting us at all, but assured us not to panic, that they would take care of everything. And they did.
