This home offers 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms suitable for up to 16 guests. Newly finished basement that provides entertainment for the entire family with a Billiards table, Ping Pong, and an Xbox game console. Enjoy the outdoor Hot tub and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Lake Placid is just a 25 min drive and Whiteface mountain is a 13 min drive.

The Space:
The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. You will also have access to an oversized loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.
