"This location was great. Very clean and everything is excellent condition. Pool area was very nice along with awesome view esp at Sunset. Hot tub was a little bit complicated to use in the late evening but overall great house experience. Only one suggestion would be to update house owner’s manual book to share latest configuration to provide heat to the hot tub. Thank you!"

"I made reservations for this hotel March 20-21. I reserved a room with a pull out bed so I could sleep my son. When arriving the room. Had two single sitting chairs and a queen bed, no pull out sofa. The manager tried to find us another room but she couldn’t so we checked out, didn’t stay even 30 mins, all we did was lay our son on top of the bed and we had our McDonald’s bag we didn’t even have luggage. Now there’s an issue getting a refund. They are saying there was a sofa bed there and the room was used. They are lying!! They will clearly be able to see us leaving on camera and not retuning. The hotel was very outdated which was ok we just needed somewhere to sleep but this has turned into a nightmare. I had to drive back home 3 hours because this hotel couldn’t accommodate us and they are not willing to refund and they are denying their part"

"5 star ubut located on water canal! Updated and clean and fully stocked and had everything needed for our stay! Decor was excellent! Unit was fully stocked with all the kitchen and bath and laundry items one would need during your stay. Did not have to worry about buying any of the typical essentials. They had it stocked with everything including uodated appliances, seasonings, paper towels, dish soap, towels, utensils and kitchenware, coffee, trash bags , laundry soap, bathroom soaps and toiletry essentials. Great screen enclosed heated pool and deck area with variety of tables and chairs, umbrella, grill, dock area with sun chairs pool toys, and all the accessories to enjoy the water with kayaks and paddle board, and fishing gear, life preservers, and boat slips and parking spot, Easy access around town to all shops restaurants, etc. Great neighborgood. Owner communication was 5 star! Would touch base and check in to make sure everything was good on our end or was on site checking in to say hi or just doing upkeep around the property! Well maintained building and property! Great place for families or couples of all ages! We would definitely cone back and rent here with Brian and Darlene again!"
