"Lovely penthouse flat. Very central easy to walk to everything and lots of shopping close by. Lots of restaurants close by. View from the terrace is stunning. 3rd floor but handy lift. Basic but adequately equipped kitchen. Bed is firm but that suited us. Quiet so good night sleep which can be hard to find in city centers. No corkscrew ! We will be back and would definitely stay here again. "

The location is great - just steps away from the beach and sea, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Having a secure underground park spot was so handy. "The apartment is very well located within walking distance to Alhambra, the old town and lots of shops and restaurants. The terrace is very spacious and nice to use on not very hot days. One thing I should note is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so a bit of exercise carrying the luggage up three flights of stairs. Fran was a great host, thank you!"

"We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful apartment. It was bright and plenty of room. Lots of crockery and cutlery. I does say there are two full bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and a toilet with a sink in. Fantastic sea view with a beautiful terrace. It is on a hilly development and there are around 50 steps you need to walk up to the apartment, which is a little daunting, but, by the end of the six days I was running up them!! "A very clean, new property. Fanatastic views from a large balcony. A little out of the way from any centre. You will certainly need a car. The kitchen had no cupboard space for food and some essential items were missing eg chopping board. Couldn’t get air con to work and no instructions. All in all reasonable value for money"

"Well located property with a lovely sun terrace. However when we arrived the reception office was closed and the key was not in the lock box as we were told it would be. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. The outside shower tray also needs retiling, it looked so grotty we did not want to use it. At least 6 lightbulbs needed replacement and one of...

"Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!"

There were nearby groceries and a fruiteria. Teresa was helpful and answered questions promptly. We loved the apartment’s location and were very comfortable in this well stocked unit.
