"Room was great, hotel/room location on the strip offered pretty nice views and the staff were relatively decent. However, the hidden/additional fees at check-in and slight problem with food and beverage credit during check-out caused emotional trauma and for that reason, I am knocking off a star. But overall, I’d probably use Expedia again, and I’d most definitely stay at the Cosmopolitan again. "

"The room was subpar - no view. The pool was closed the entire 5 days that I was there with no forewarning. I would have switched the hotel if I knew the pool was closed for construction. . The staff were not helpful at all - it's do it yourself all the way. I could not find an airport shuttle upon arrival or departure. I would not recommend the Luxor to anyone."
