"Staff was good, there is no attractions near by this hotel, there is grocery store near by 20 mins walking distance, room comes with refrigerator and electric kettle, no microwave, iron, safe and hair dryer"

"It is apartment in condo complex. Located near Alfurjan metro station about 10 minutes walk. It is brand new apartment. Base on instruction someone should be for check in, but no one showed up. Door man helped ud to find owner and with the help of door man we find our unit!? The room supposed to be ready at 3 PM. But when we went there at 3:30 pm clraning was still had not completed. There were no hot water and when we asked the owner he told us some one will come to fix it but no one showed up....

"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior.
