it was a good stay at this hotel. friendly staff and area is very quiet and safe as well to walk along the Al-Hamra Ave. many food options and two super markets around the area. beautiful seaside is at the end of the Ave. The al-balad is 10 mins away with a taxi.

Positive Sides: 1) The room was big enough and clean. 2) Staff are well behaved and helpful, specially the staff at the Reception, and Bangladeshi house keeping and restaurant Staff. 3) There were minor issues in the room but the hotel solved those very fast. 4) Breakfast is much better than most other Three Star hotels. Negative Sides: 1) Location: All the restaurants around the hotel are expensive. 2) I have observed an inconsistency in service delivery where a very few staff members appear to prioritize Arabian guests over non-Arab guests. The hotel must adhere to the principle of equal treatment; I recommend reviewing staff training to reinforce these principles.

Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here. The breakfast buffet was superb, every morning there was a different menu for hot and cold choices and lots of food variety to choose from!! The room service was quick. I didn’t have a problem at all during my stay here. The children enjoyed swimming in the mornings at the pool on the rooftop. The location of the hotel was close to the King Fahad Fountain and is located on the main food street. There are plenty of food places and shopping facilities on the street nearby.
