When I made my booking on Expedia I paid extra for a sea view room. When arrived at the hotel they said you need to pay SR.1,000 equivalent to CAD.350 for a sea view room!!!!!

The Location was amazing , the staff were very helpful and the hotel room was very clean, i had a problem with the water heater and the staff was very helpful and responded to my complaint very fast

Nice location, but outdated
Nice location, but outdated. It’s not 5-star that I know or had been to. Booked sea view, the receptionist told me it’s partial in the other tower in the back. Any way, I like the staff, but might not come here again for the price I paid.

There are two towers at Sofitel Cornich. Tower one is much better than tower two. They even feel like two different hotels. But tower one is much better a 5 star hotel and more expensive. Tower one needs an upgrade and feels like a 4 star hotel. Did not eat at the hotel as it is expensive.

Goos hotel.
I stayed on Business for 3 nights and it is a good hotel. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning in the room was a little difficult to control, so it was either too hot or too cold but never quite right. However, I couldn’t fault the service as all the staff were very helpful.
