Could do much better, overall not recommended

Nit the best area, hotel seems like it is the middle of nowhere but there are a few hotels close by next to each other. Check in wasn't a great experience as the check in clerk stayed onthe phone for 10 mins while we were standing around not really understanding what was happening. Biggest letdown was the room decor, very dated, no hand or bath towels provided and no instructions in the room were provided to instruct us what to do if we needed something for example what number to call for reception. Hotel has potential but clearly needs better management. Poisitves were thatbrhe service provided bybthe bell boys was good and that it is located just 10 mins away from Jeddah airport which is what we used it for as we only stayed until early hours of the morning before flying out from Jeddah Airport

DON'T STAY HERE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. hotel is not clean, smells like cigarettes. The took forever to check me in even though they saw I payed for the room. Because I have a Hotel.com reservation number they could not verify the reservation. The front desk staff (1 Saudi national) was very unintelligent and does not know what he is doing. The room was not equipped with towels. They took 4 hours to bring towel and only brought 2 bath towels for 4 of us. When i asked for more, the said they will send up but never does. They just kept lying. I literally had to go insult them that i spent 400.00 for 2 nights and only have 2 towels for 4 of us. Then they brought 2 more.
