"This place was a nightmare to find. It was over 105 the day that we were supposed to check in. We stood at the house trying to get the air conditioner to work, which it never did. The actual owner and her husband was wonderful people, but the hosting company NOVASOL have been nothing but a problem. They claimed air-conditioning then they claimed that there was no air-conditioning advertised. I’m glad I took screenshot so I’m waiting for a refund. "My friends and I had a fantastic time in La Cazuela. The owner, Carmen, was really lovely and always stayed in touch if we needed anything. Despite not been able to enjoy the pool, because it was winter, we did use the barbacue and the owner provided us plenty of bed cover for the night if we felt cold."

"Sophie is extremely attentive, helpful and cheerful. The house was impeccable, very clean, functionally decorated and equipped. We stayed with one of our kids, but the house easily fits 2 couples and a child (separate bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms); one area upstairs and one area downstairs. If you bring a car, bring a small one. I highly recommend the property. "
