About this property

Family friendly mountain getaway

  • --Enjoy the amazing views and peace and quiet in this new build mountain home. Great for hosting multiple families or friends. Large outdoor deck and living space to enjoy the amazing views of the Continental Divide and surrounding mountains. Located on 6 acres of wooded property with plenty of wildlife viewing.

    Lots of recreational activities in the surrounding area including fishing, hiking, or our on-property disc golf course. We also have mini basketball, ping pong and shuffle board in the basement. Less than 10 minutes away from Tarryall Reservoir where you can fish or watch wildlife.
    --note that basement will be fully finished March 2025---

    Disclosure: three easily visible external security cameras for safety and maintenance purposes due to the remote nature of the property.
