"The front desk was very accomodating. It was a lot of rain and the room smelled like wetness and dogs. I went to the front desk and asked for a air freshner spray and was given one. Very accommodating."

"This property is better than advertised. They show you pictures of the cabin, hot tub, creek, and beautiful interior. Jefferson and West Jefferson were pretty little towns to visit and dine.

We were only there briefly to visit family, but enjoyed several of the local restaurants, like Roadie's and Mountain Aire Seafood. We went to Ashe Cheese as we do every time we visit the area.

They don’t refresh towels or make beds unless you tell them too. They are happy to do it. You just have to ask and don’t leave personal stuff in bed.
