Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel and staff were very nice. We were only one block away from the family we were visiting. They were pet friendly and that is very important to us. We will absolutely be staying there again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff!

decent breakfast and clean

very good experience!

The hotel is new and clean. The service was excellent and the restaurant fantastic. They offer a great coffee bar with many options. The staff did text check ins to see how the room and service was going. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My family was very pleasantly surprised with our stay. We arrived late Friday night to a very friendly desk clerk who took care of us quickly and professionally. Room was very nice and comfortable. We were staying here for its proximity to a swim meet in the area. The next morning we awoke and went down to Peppers for what we were expecting to be a no thrills breakfast but were we surprised; a very delicious plentiful buffet that was much more than we could have ever expected. We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for.

Good value. Great staff.

We were visiting our niece who was running a dog show in Jeffersonton. Didn’t find anything there…we had a great time in Culpepper…hotel was very convenient to everything we needed and was a great small town. Great…just great.

Perfect

Currently in renovation but room was quiet and super clean Staff very friendly

Room was really nice and the bed was very comfy. Perfect walking distance to our concert venue!

What an amazing place. Wish we had been staying longer. Went outside after dinner with the provided lantern to walk around and star gaze. Felt like I was in the “Dirty Dancing” movie based on the property layout.

Super cute place! Drew was so helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast and the whole vibe of the house. Highly recommend,

We enjoyed our stay at Hopkins very much. Very hospitable but not luxurious. Breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very helpful. Located in beautiful farm land with national park nearby and great restaurants. We enjoyed the ale from the ale house too.

Room was very very clean !

I was in the back building which was quiet and clean but the main building attached to the front office was a little sketchy. The newer building was nice and room was clean. Front office staff was very nice. I would stay there again as long as it’s the new building
