"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service. I had an issue with my account, and the front desk kept avoiding responsibility, saying they couldn’t adjust the charge until another department reviewed the ticket. There is no direct customer service phone number — everything is handled through SMS and email, which made resolving the issue incredibly frustrating. Communication was slow and unhelpful. Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"My partner and I travel for business from time to time and he and I really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely peaceful and cute with a vintage vibe. The owner Kathy was very helpful and kind. It was also so nice to hear the river from our room and to spend some time in nature. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to get good rest while on our work trip. If we are back in the area we will definitely book here again. "
