The hotel itself and the staff were very nice. My bed, however, was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I recently had knee surgery, and could not find one spot on the bed that didn't hit all my pressure points. I could only get an hour or two of sleep at a time, and kept waking up. It felt like I was sleeping on a slab of granite. For that reason alone I would rate my stay only "Okay."

This felt like a low budget hotel and next door and hallway noise was noticeable in our room. However, it was not terrible thanks to the other guests. The breakfast was very well done. Very convenient for handicap accessibility.

It was our first time traveling with our dog and they allow dogs. I didn't find the dog area until the next morning. Husband didn't think to ask where to walk the dog the night before and it wasn't offered. It's set back off main road so we didn't notice much of the semi traffic near-by. Off US 35 and I-71 inter change. Best because of Starbucks offering right down the way! Easy food options/gas before continuing on journey. We hadn't noticed the property for 16 years of traveling but now we are breaking up travel times and this is very convenient.

Internet did not work properly. Water in swimming pool was really too cold to swim in. Some of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. Staff was very helpful in getting an error in the room scheduling corrected.
