"It was okay for one night before flying out but I probably would not book again as the location wasn’t very convenient for a tourist. The room also smelled as if someone smoked in it even though it was a non smoking room."

"It’s all about the location with shopping and dining precincts next door. Dongmun market is across the street and public transportation easily accessible. A clean room with meticulous housekeeping."

The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful.
