We arrived to a broken screen door to balcony but maintenance was very responsive. One particular male staff member at front desk, as well as at bar, was rather rude. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. Great location with lots of family-friendly things to do. Bike rides around the island, yard games, pool, hot tub, and beach. Breakfast buffet was great.

The room was clean and spacious. The lobby was very comfortable and I loved all the lawn games and table games. Sad that it was too cold for the pool/beach but they looked lovely. Loved that we were able to check out bikes to ride around the island. The free breakfast was a nice touch but only basic breakfast offerings...but the food at the restaurant was fabulous. We went two different nights and were not disappointed. Overall, a great experience for a reasonable price. I'd come back again if I'm ever in the area.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Best hotel on the island for families. There is an awesome splash pad for kids, rooms were great (especially suite), breakfast had tons of options and tasted great, and resort fee included free bike rental and shuttles around whole island. 10/10 would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and fast, and any complaints were handled quickly. We had paid extra for an ocean view from the balcony and the room and the room was on the second floor, which did not give us an ocean view from the balcony. It was only a partial ocean view. When I brought it to the staff attention. They moved us to the third floor and the room had a beautiful view from it. The breakfast was wonderful. They had pancakes and you can make your own waffle. There was bananas and oatmeal and things to put in your oatmeal and cereal and plenty of syrup for the waffles and pancakes. Sausage was excellent. I did not try the eggs. I did find a roach, however, in the room and brought it to the staff attention at check out who said that they would have the exterminator out there 123.

Our stay at the Residence Inn on Jekyll Island was absolutely wonderful and exceeded every expectation. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a full kitchenette that made our stay feel both convenient and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities throughout the property were top notch. We loved having a Starbucks on site (although it was with limited hours), as well as the bistro and bar for easy dining options. The pool area was gorgeous, but our favorite spot was the courtyard with the fire pit. Sitting there in the evenings, listening to the ocean and enjoying the views, was pure relaxation and quickly became our favorite place to be during our stay. The staff truly made this experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman who checked us in, and Lorena, who works the evening shifts. Her hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. She went out of her way to ensure everything was comfortable and enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her warmth and professionalism. We visit Jekyll Island every year around this time for our anniversary, and this was our first stay at this hotel, but it will not be our last. We will absolutely be returning next year. Highly recommend!

Was here two nights with family. Property is really nice. Pool area with hot tub is great and lovely beach. Rooms are run down and probably haven’t been deep cleaned in ages. Restaurant at the hotel is under staffed so service is terrible and unfriendly. Not worth the price per night.

A lovely place with easy access to the beach and everything you need with very good restaurant and bar. The breakfast was chaotic and out of a lot of food the first day but was good the next two days we were there.
