Welcome to the newly built Villa Estate Da Noi, a true architectural gem on the island of Hvar. Situated just 50 meters from the shore, in the peaceful and picturesque bay of Basina, this villa captivates with its modern, minimalist design that seamlessly blends into the natural surroundings. It is located a short distance from the charming towns of Vrboska, Jelsa, and Stari Grad on the island of Hvar.

The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 spacious bedrooms. Its modern and luxurious decor is sure to satisfy even the most discerning guests, providing an unforgettable holiday with a stunning view of the sea.

On the ground floor, you will encounter a real surprise - an indoor pool nestled in the middle of the living room. Imagine enjoying a refreshing drink from the pool while exploring its massage features. In the same area, the beautiful Finnish sauna will enchant you. You will also find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area and a guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower-equipped bathroom. All rooms have access to a large upper terrace that stretches along the house, offering a beautiful view of the bay. This terrace is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, or observe the night sky.

With lighting along the entire terrace and a direct view of the sea, the fully glazed villa from the outside remarkably resembles the bow of a ship. The outdoor space is excellent for barbecues or taking a dip in the outdoor pool. After refreshing in the pool, you can relax on the loungers and enjoy a good book in the shade.
