It is a beautifully situated hotel with amazing views, but the rooms could be updated. We reported wall sockets hanging dangerously off the wall on the second day and nothing was done.

Do not book.

This hotel should have been renovated 20 years ago. Beautiful location though and so much potential. No AC. No wifi on the room. No hot water (broken water heater). Broken power sockets with live wires, no RCD. No smoke detectors. Full glass doors with non hardened glass. Pools were falling apart with a lot of sharp edges from broken tiles. Pools filled with sea water. Not family friendly. Most dishes in the restaurant could not be ordered (crossed out with a sharpie in the menu)

Disappointing hotel saved by views and location!

Overall this place was a bit of a disappointment. The whole resort is a bit sad and outdated. However the location is great and the views are stunning! I think the place relies on that to keep people coming back. The food was distinctly below average. The service is overall quite poor apart from one member of staff who checked us in at reception. (Really helpful guy with a shaved head). Didn’t get his name unfortunately but he is carrying his colleagues in terms of customer service. Went above and beyond to help us to our room and to give recommendations of where to go on the island. Aside from him, service is very poor! The rooms are clean, in fairness, so if you can cope with bad food and very, very outdated rooms then this is a decent base for a trip to Hvar. It’s a clean place to sleep in a brilliant location with exceptional views from the balcony. But nothing more than that.

Would stay again!

Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Walking distance to the downtown stretch and beautiful harbor views. As typical there is no AC and only a sheet is provided as cover on the bed. There was a standing fan tho, and the balcony was a great addition!

Gorgeous town of Jelsa walking distance with all the Croatian charm and beauty we had hope For. Room was clean A/C worked great for those hot summer Croatian days and nights. Overall property needs a good facelift- however views, scenery and wonderful clear pristine Adriatic sea water allow for leisurely swims make up for it! Would definitely return to this property. We gave it a chance for the price point and didn’t regret it!

This place was a disaster from beginning to end. I booked it not reading reviews and am completely regretting it. Nothing worked, no internet, moldy fridge, no working phone...etc. if we touched it, chances are it was broken or not working. To the credit of the cleaning staff, it wasn't and issue of cleanliness, but a matter of being a severely outdated and run down hotel. A shame because the location is really nice. As nice as the area is, you are better off staying at any other place. It seems like this hotel just gave up caring.

Que dire le ressort est très bien situé. Nous avons eu les maisonnettes situées devant quasiment en front de mer. Très bon point, par contre ces petites maisonnettes semblent être ceux qui sont en plus mauvais état. Tous semblent venir d une autre époque les années 80 vue que j ai connu le sol les murs la moquette la télé cathodique qui a qu une chaîne en hertzien le téléphone qui est là sûrement pour le décors la salle de bain carrelé du sol au mur avec les mêmes carrelage. En ce qui concerne la propreté nous avons eu quelque insectes rien de méchant mais bon. Pour la restauration nous n avons pas essayé c est un buffet 20 euros adulte 10 enfant Je post quelques photos. Après il faut remettre tous dans le contexte Les prix sont super abordable le lieu est top pas de clim amis effectivement il fait plutôt frais malgré la période mi août, il y a des ventilateurs fournis .... Gyönyörű hely, de zajos és kopott szállás.

A teljes komplexumra nagyon ráférne a felújítás. Kidőlt egy korlát a lejárónál, nagyobb baleset is történhetett volna. A helyszín fantasztikus,de sajnos időnként nagyon zajos késő éjjelig, vagy kora reggel is. A dohányzást tiltani kéne az erkélyeken is.

La struttura non può assolutamente essere definita un Resort. È una struttura che sembra abbandonata, fatisciente, suddivisa in tanti palazzoni più o meno degradati, che facevano parte probabilmente di un veccho hotel, con reception unica ed esterna. Dove abbiamo soggiornato noi poteva entrare chiunque senza alcuno controllo all'ingresso. No aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore anch'esso datato. La doccia si otturava. Nella camera che ci era stata assegnata all'inizio la porta della doccia era rotta (ci è caduta addosso senza nemmeno toccarla e il sifone era rotto) e il telefono per chiamare la reception non era funzionante (se non funziona, toglieteli) Comoda la terrazza esterna ma anch'essa tenuta male

Small and hot room without air conditioner.

We did not have a good time at this place. I was with my wife and small kid. The room did not meet my expectations, it was not according to the pictures, the place is very old, there is no air conditioner in the room. The fan from my room was very dirty, impossible to use, I had to request to change for a new one. Even with the fan and the balcony doors opened the room was very hot during the night and we did not have a good sleep. The pool was filled with salt water from the sea. I would not stay at this facility again.

Very dated and not cleaned

Very dated hotel. We slept in the Maestral building which looked like a desterted hospiral. White hall ways with TL lights. The rooms did not had AC and our room was not very well cleaned. The urine of the previous guest was still on the toilet seat. For a low night price you should not expect a lot. But a fresh cleaned room is the least you would offer your guests in any hotel, no matter the price.

It was terrible... I don't know why They call it as resort. It's looks like an abandoned building... So dirty and old estructure. The fun was so dirty and they didn't have an extra one to replace. Terrible accomodations and service. I will never recomend it.

Skvele miesto blizko pri mori. Bokom od mensieho mesta, ale iba par minut peso. Izba bola cista, upratovana kazdy den. Obcerstvenie, jedlo aj pitie, bolo v hoteli pri bazene. Aj na plazi bol maly bufet s pitim.
