Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep.

The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel.
The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go...

Perfect location.. within walking distance from komtar and prangin mall, Kimberley food street, local eateries, Penang street art, museums , etc. Has a restaurant but didn’t eat there cos of the abundance of choices out there but it seems to serve high quality food. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is well maintained and staff friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

We stayed one night at this remarkable hotel and was professionally chaperone by Pushpa & Andy's excellent service to perfection. Breakfast was awesome and staffs were ever eager to meet your food craving desires. Our only regret is not staying for more than one night and already planning for a second longer visit. Great service and selfless courtesy is what we experienced. Thank you!!

Luxirios and super clean property. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend the sea view room. Breakfast has lots of varieties mainly local food.. Cold cuts and cheese not good at all. Omlette station very bad. Never thought that a simple omlette can be made that bad. Overall food and beverage can improve since this is is not Crowne Plaza standard.

The stay at The Blue Mansion Qing Suites is definitely the highlight of my Penang trip. The hotel is stunning and modern and you can just cross the street to visit the original Blue Mansion, whose rooms are too classic for my taste. Highly recommended!!!
