3-room semi-detached house 115 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Bei diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Haus, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Zustand - alles top. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, Übernahme und Abreise haben problemlos geklappt. Es könnte nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus gewesen sein.

Eine wunderschöne DH Hälfte auf 2 Etagen! Mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann, fehlte an nichts. Terasse mit schönen Ausblick auf die Mühle von Ditzum, incl. Sonnenuntergang. Zwei Schlafräume oben und sogar ein ganz niedliches Kinderzimmer für 1 Kleinkind zusätzlich eingerichtet..... Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Haben uns superwohl gefühlt!!

Eine sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte im kleinen Fischerdorf Ditzum. Das Haus verfügt über große, helle Räume. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
