"It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks. Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound. "Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable room, great hot water pressure, great toweks, comfortable bed and pillows, a lot of outlets and usb ports, quiet, great a/c. Only room for improvement is breakfast. Everything that should be hot is cold, not many choices for westerners. "

"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "
