We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price. When we approached the front desk lady to find out if she made a mistake she offered that we pay more for an upgrade instead of paying us back for a room that we obviously overpaid for. "It can be a tad noisy even inside the lovely Ryad. The staff were excellent, and we enjoyed the hamman. The breakfasts are generous and the dinner very tasty. My little complaint is that the bathroom was tiny and dim and there is no full length mirror. The room itself was large and comfortable. And we were even able to get CNN tv."

"My daughter 21yrs and I had a wonderful stay. The suite was beautiful and gorgeous open tole shower. The restaurant offers French and Moroccan cuisine, it was so good we ate there twice. Great location for walking around, and catching nearby tours. It is not drivable and you will be walking down narrow pathways in Jemma El fna and going to meet up locations nearby for tours no hotel pick-up. For us it was perfect and would stay again! "
