"Didn’t have a 4* feel. Felt very tired/outdated in need of some refurbishment especially rooms. Bereakfast very average. Pool/terrace overlooking the sea was probably the best aspect and without that not sure I’d have given the 3* rating. Downstairs felt like a conference facility and cafe/bar open to the public at the rear. It didn’t feel cosy. Parking was very convenient under the hotel"
"The Parador in Los Arcos is very clean and well maintained. Our room had a terrific view of the Cathedral and the surrounding valley. Ask for this, however, as most rooms could not have had this view. Our biggest concern was accessing the hotel. No parking is available at the hotel which recommended a public garage about a half a mile away, at the bottom of the hill. The streets are extremely narrow and taxi's are likewise difficult to find.
