This was a great place near (walking distance from) the city town of Jerez. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and the front desk representative was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 stars was because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to input all our information and guest passport information which was a bit much since we were a large group and had rented two rooms prior to receiving the access codes. Since we were traveling and arrived there during a time that the front desk and front door was not open (mid-day) we were waiting outside with our luggage for a few hours. It will help if this information is requested a few days prior to arrival (even better prior to our travels) to avoid this lengthy process. But aside from this it is was excellent and we would return just with better preparation.

Last minute booking. Really, really pleased with it. Refurbished hotel ideally located (10 minutes from railway station, 5 minutes from city centre). Would definitely stay there again if in Jerez.

The property was very nice and clean. Very walkable to restaurants and stores. A/C worked well. The property has an elevator although we did not need to use it as we stayed on the first floor. The hotel has no parking. It does not free water. We had to call them twice past midnight because our code did not work. Very inconvenient when coming back late to your hotel. In the past day, I asked if we could have o e extra hour for check out and I was told “no, we don’t have late check out service.” It was taken aback because instead of adding a guest to the list of happy customers, they chose to not extend a courtesy late check out by one hour.

It was a one night stay prior to moving on. It was very late when we arrived as our train was delayed. We entered the building with the code - when we reached the room the code did not work. However we rang the help number , it was answered immediately & given an upgrade to a lovely suite. Everything was fine.

Buyer beware! This is not a regular hotel. It operates without anyone on-site. They say that you can checkin before midnight, and have 24-hour coverage. In fact, the door was locked when I arrived at 10pm, and lights were off. In order to obtain entry, you must be able to call a Spanish phone number for assistance — they do not have a system in place to connect you. Like many travelers, my eSIM limits my calling capability, and my phone plan from home would assess massive fees for international calling. This left me standing outside in the dark with all my things and nowhere to go! I had to flag a kind stranger who happened down the street and use my mediocre Spanish to explain the situation. Thankfully, he called the hotel for me. Don’t know what I would have done otherwise! Once I was connected with customer service, they refused to let me enter (and held that poor man hostage) while they asked me questions. I answered them all multiple times to a cranky lady. Then they provided a code to enter, but couldn’t tell me which keypad to use (there are two, and both are black). I followed instructions in both keypads, but code did nothing and I was still locked out. They gave me a second and third code, still nothing. Only the fourth code worked. The whole time, this poor man who was helping by allowing use of his phone was standing by in amazed exasperation. I finally got in, room was clean, but no info provided to access the WiFi, and nobody to ask. Not recommended.
