The bright, upscale and modern rustic design offers luxurious and homey feel with high-end furnishings and high thread count linens, 2 master bedrooms with comfy king beds you want to dive into, 700+ thread count linens, flat screen TV's in each room and a fully stocked kitchen, make it the perfect vacation home during any length of stay. The first level features the living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom #1 (with walk in shower and gorgeous onyx granite countertops) and bedroom #1. The lower-level (accessed by interior carpeted staircase) features one large bedroom on the lower level with a trundle day bed transforming into two very comfortable twin beds with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo bathroom. Note: we have a studio lock off with a separate entrance on the lower level of this home. Should you need more room for your party, inquire about adding this one bedroom, one bath with private deck and high-end kitchenette to your reservation, making the rental into a large three bedroom, three bathroom house with two decks! By renting this part of the house, you are acknowledging that you have the entire space to yourself with no access to the studio without having specifically rented the adjoining studio.

We recently converted the garage into a super fun kids' play area! There's no need to worry about blocking the garage door by parking in the driveway, no vehicles go in and out of there. There is room to park two cars in the driveway.

People with mobility issues will find the first and main level very easy to maneuver. The kitchen is decked out with brand new white quartz countertops, navy blue custom cabinets, state-of-the-art copper-colored stainless-steel appliances including a third-row dishwasher, gas stove/oven with air fryer feature, upgraded lighting and great kitchen gadgets making family meal prep and entertaining enjoyable. There are features like old lanterns and copper penny backsplash giving a gentle nod to the old copper mining days that Jerome was built on in the late 1800's.
