"The parking garage and valet parking area were filthy especially the day we were departing littered with bottles and smelling like marijuana. Need to accommodate children in both your pool area since there are dance competition that attracts hundreds of kids. One pool did not allow children. The other was extremely dirty."

"Room was modern and stylish with a beautiful ocean view. Room was almost clean ... I just noticed dark hair in the corners of the shower… Another issue, I requested room service, but no one show up for a whole day. Just needed garbage pickup and clean towels. I was calling at evening once and after an hour no one show up and then I was calling again… after half hour someone came. So I I can not give five star."
