"Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We stayed during very hot weather and room had a fan but no air-con, but we managed to keep room as cool as possible. Bathrooms were clean and we liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Breakfasts good but more choice of fruit would be welcome. Highly recommend dining at the hotel in evening. Would stay again."

"Fabulous views over the bay, helpful staff and a pool. Stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it especially the champagne afternoon tea. I can see why lots of the people we met were repeat visitors, some coming back every year. The walk up the hill is quite steep but worth it when you get there."

"It was such an astounding experience we had. The room was pretty clean and the view outside the hotel was amazing. Specially the breakfast buffet was extremely overwhelming. Had an amazing time being there. One of the best experiences we had in Jersey. Would definitely choose your hotel again. Kudos 🎉"

"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."
