Amazing staff and very kind. Appreciated the airport pick up. Room was spacious a little out dated but fine. My bathroom was not the greatest. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, no hot water in the shower, and AC was not working, so it was hot in the room.

Just completed a 2 month stay and Parkview was an excellent choice for affordable, comfortable accommodation. Property and facilities are upper end of the 3 star band and the Parkview difference is their incredible staff who go out of their way in every way to ensure a great experience. Good hotel, but definitely need to improve the maintenance especially on aircon remote control because it was not working to lower the temperature and no temp display. The air con although cold, it feels the air is not clean. Probably air con vent needs to be clean because nose feels tingly (i have sensitive nose).

All restaurants are overloaded or closed for some events. Very difficult to catch moment and find place to eat. I was forced to order food from restaurants located near the hotel.

The driver James (as he wanted me to call him, I guess to make it easier on me) was great as was the rest of the staff. What I thought was a Hot tub was not really a hot tub, no heating element. Place does need a little fixing up but nothing really horrible that I noticed. The staff really made it so that I will come back if in the area.

The staff are friendly. Quiet place. The flight was delayed for half an hour and the staff who picked us up is very patient. The vehicle was clean too. When we checked in the staff is very considerate with our request.

Basic 3 star property, neither exceptional nor disappointing. Buffet breakfast is small & 5 of 6 main dishes were the same every day for 2 weeks. Be prepared for all dishes normally expected to be hot to be room temperature here. The vast majority of the guests don’t appear to know how to lower the covers on the heated serving dishes defeating the purpose of the burning alcohol cans placed under each. Housekeeping was somewhat hit or miss, as well.
