"The staff was amazing, the view was excellent. But the owner needs to shut down for a few days and clean it top to bottom and fix the many many broken items. This is a classic property that could be amazing but is being managed without an eye to the important details. There were too many things broken to list and the common areas were a disaster. Sheet were clean though :)"
