No electricity on day 1 and was unable to contact anyone until after 7 pm local time. I was told that a normal person should have been able to work out the fuse box was the problem and change the fuse etc.
Room was cold until after 7 pm and the toilet was faulty the next day. The management team was unhelpful. However, the owner and her husband were very supportive. Never again
