An excellent experience all around. The apartment is clean, convenient and perfectly located. It's a more modern building and does not have a great deal of character, but this is a very minor point compared to all of the other positives. Having a washer/dryer/dishwasher available was wonderful. I would certainly stay here again.

Right next to the Bustling Mahane Yehuda market. One minute from the #1 train. Fifteen minute walk to the Old City. Excellent restaurant options within walking distance. I would most definitely stay here again.

Central location. On the light rail. Lovely, clean, well appointed apartment with all our needs taken care of. Very professional but with lots of personal attention to our individual needs
Location is great if you do not have a car. If you have a car parking is either a fortune or nearly impossible. Apartment is comfortable and nice. There is no person on site which poses some issues. The cleaning staff did not put a sheet on one to the beds in the bedroom and did not leave any sheets behind. One of us slept without a sheet for one night. This is a problem with having no one on site. The rollaway bed was extremely uncomfortable. Other than these problems I would recommend staying at this property.
Great location! A few steps from Mahane Yehuda market and L1 Ha-Davidka Station, Red Line (Jerusalem Light Rail). They provided great quality apartment and services. You can make a home like living experience!
Great location, apt. was clean & well maintained. The only negative was the uncomfortable cot for my son and the condition of the stairwell was dirty/smelly.
2 weeks in Jerusalem. On Jaffa, private, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything to cook. Full Fridge. A ‘Super Market’ downstairs. So close to everything. I will only stay in these Apartments in the future. Most occupants live in the apartments (not vacationing tourists). Separate elevator for Shabbat, & a cool scavenger hunt to get in the building, get your elevator card, get to your room, unlock your key... Any issues are fixed immediately. If you love LIVING in other countries and getting your groceries, cooking your food. or just having the ability to do so, you cant beat these Apartments. What to do? I can list off whats close, but you are right smack in the middle of everything. Just go down to the tram, pick up a ticket (just a one way) or walk up to the central bus station, get your bus/tram card & fill it with credits (Shekels) and have fun! I was an 11th floor facing the Old City. The Tower of David was there to greet me every morning. View really doesn't matter though.
This property is wonderfully located in the heart of Jerusalem. The unit itself is great, they have everything you can possibly need! We were there for 5 days and enjoyed our stay. The communication is great as well, I was able to get my questions answered all the time. And the arrival emails were great then even left me a nice gift bag as a nice welcome in the condo. I would definitely stay there again!

The property is not a traditional hotel, but an apartment building with full time residents, long term rentals and short term rentals. I stayed here for two weeks in a small one bedroom apartment. It was clean, had a balcony, central AC, kitchen, living room with a couch and a dining room set. The location is in the heart of Jerusalem. I would definitely stay here again.
Staying here is probably as close as you can get to actually living in Jerusalem without moving here. You are near the city center and walk to most everywhere. You have your own kitchen and laundry, and can be self sufficient. We cooked, ate, shopped and lived like everyone else does. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a tile floor which was great for cleaning. The apartment we had also had a MASSIVE back porch, which nearly doubles the sq footage (it was on the 5th floor, if your interested!). Great wi fi and TV for those days when you're feeling lazy. Do ask about the hot water system... it has to be turned on prior to use each time, and can take some getting used to, but it's not a big deal. We can't wait to come back!
The light rail is just outside, supermarket under the building, 10/15 mins walk to old city. The apartments are spacious, clean, powerful aircon and clear instructions for all equipments. chairs are little worn out and need replacing. welcome pack on arrival was a nice surprise. They allowed early check in which was a blessing with a toddler. the light bulb stopped working at night and they fixed it first thing following morning. they have cookies on the front desk which our toddler gorged on! Perhaps a bit more information on tourists options re food, timings, etc would be helpful, especially around shabbat. And clear information on parking - there is a in/out open air parking 500meters from the apartment but the junior staff did not explain the location correctly. We parked in what we thought she had marked out and fortunately (by chance) we found the correct parking a day later, otherwise our car would have been in a parking that was closed on shabbat & we would have been unable to leave for our next destination.
