This modern holiday home awaits you in a small holiday home village near Trams am See and not far from Lake Trams. It offers a high-quality, bright interior and plenty of space and comfort for several families. The centrepiece of the house is the beautiful living area with an open-plan kitchen and space for cooking together. You can enjoy delicious meals together at the large dining table. Have fun in the activity room with a game of table tennis, table football or darts and refresh yourself with a cold drink at the bar. The beautiful pool with water slide invites young and old to enjoy hours of fun. Or enjoy a massage in the whirlpool and then relax in the private sauna.





Enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace while the children let off steam in the garden. On warm summer days, the balcony with garden furniture offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can enjoy a cosy breakfast or a barbecue in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a playground on the grounds to keep the little ones entertained.



Trams am See is picturesquely nestled between the surrounding lakes, making it a dream destination for lovers of unforgettable nature experiences. Whether it's an excursion to the Klein Görnow megalithic tomb, animal watching in the Groß Raden Archaeological Open Air Museum or an extensive hike in the Warnow and Mildenitz breakthrough valley, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the river and the surrounding nature, you can be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape everywhere. Stroll through the idyllic old town centre in Warin and continue your walk in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. Go on exciting day trips, for example to Schwerin Castle, Schwerin Zoological Gardens, Schwerin Castle Gardens or take a boat trip on Lake Schwerin.
