Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. "The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out."

"Nice hotel, great location, nice restaurants just outside. Hotel had a bit quirky decor, but everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful all throughout. We had the quadruple room as we were a family of 4, nice spacious rooms, kids loved the big bed with the curtains. The breakfast was nice, good variety although pastries were a bit dry, and coffee wasn't the best. Both of our connected rooms had aircon, which was nice, however the set up was a 1 panel on the wall to control temperature and then an old aircon unit at waist level, both had a really bright lights when turned on, so was a bit tricky to go to sleep. Overall we enjoyed the stay, thank you to the staff for being so helpful"

"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."
