"Check in took forever for them to find a key, the blanket on the Queen bed had what I *hope* was a thick chocolate stain. There was a melted lolly(?) on the floor that I only saw when I stepped in it, and a cockroach on the wall during the night that I had to kill. And the smells! The room had a terrible odour, and the spray fragrance in the hallway was so strong I literally had to breath through my jumper when leaving the room at all. Stayed for a stopover from Melbourne to Brisbane, very glad...

"An average motel to stay in Cessnock for a night or two. Do not expect much. If the intend is just to stay at night, then it should be ok. Room was small, exhaust fan did not work."
