"The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal."

"The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. "This property appears to be in an area that is dangerous. None of the pictures really show it but it's really alarming. Mostly what appears dangerous is the surrounding area."
