"Great hotel,"

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"The service at the hotel was excellent. Best we received in Australia. The rooms are excellent. Your own laundry, quiet sleeping room, full kitchen. You can buy and cook your own food. It’s excellent A lot of restaurants close by, though, if you choose to go that way"

"This is the second time I have stayed here and would stay again . I stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was extremely clean & spacious ."

"thank you for everything"

"Excellent! Staff are very customer service oriented! Good job!"

"The staff was extremely helpful!"

"Enjoyed the location of the hotel and parking availability"

The on-duty front desk attendant told me there was an "on-demand" shuttle that could pick me up at the car rental off return. He told me to call...
