Brand new small hotel with very friendly staff in a great location for Karakol and Lake Issyk-Kul south shore. Modern rooms, interesting decor, comfortable beds and good heating plus a coffee shop. Excellent value for money, and would stay again if I return to the area.

It was a nice one night stay, the breakfast was really good. The restaurant/cafe adjoining was very good. Great service. We had a great time staying at this location. Was very convenient for getting to the ski base, and the owner helped us find a driver to get there.
