"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be.
Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

"This hotel is a convenient stay for anyone who need to stay near the city premises. the resort is nicely done and good swimming pool. the hotel staff is very supportive and quick check-in. However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "

The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Rooms were comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive.
The food at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, and the servers were courteous and professional, enhancing every dining experience. We also enjoyed two game drives, both of which were outstanding.
A special thank you to our dedicated naturalist, Sujan. His knowledge of the flora and fauna of Nepal was impressive, and he took time to educate and inspire our entire group. He made the wildlife experience truly memorable.

"Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."
