"This hotel was dark and depressing. Management needs to double the number of lights and add more vibrant colors. The breakfast is in the basement, it feels like a dungeon. Do not recommend.."

"The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway.
The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions.
During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again.
Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel.
Room is clean with pleasant smell."
