"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. "My daughter and I travelled to El Campello for a badminton tournament taking place in the area. The Blue Med was ideally located for us and was the primary reason we chose it. For those who are visiting the area primarily for the beach, it was only a 9-minute walk from the accommodation to the beach through lovely residential streets. Our host, Gloria, was wonderful.
