"The location was very nice and the property was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
We booked a room with a balcony and mountain view, but were given a different room without either. I understand that overbooking can sometimes happen, and I can accept that. However, the main issue was the bed. It was damaged, noisy and squeaky, which made it very difficult to sleep.
