"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

"There was no phone in the room. I know we have cell phones, but in case of an emergency it would've been nice to have a land line. I didn't gave a remote to the tv. I went to the desk and the girl gave me 3 because she didn't know which one controled the tv in my room! The shampoo and conditioner were too small. I have long hair so they we were a joke. The refridgerator was sooo cold it froze my soda and when I opened it it shot all over and I had to clean it up! Other than this my stay was comfortable."

"We were never able to check-in. There was no staff in the lobby entrance. Other patrons came and went while we were there. There was a camera recording us. We waited over 15 minutes during the posted staffed hours. There were no seats. There was a message board that recommended calling a displayed number using the service phone. There was no service phone. In addition, the door to the back office was unlocked. There was no way to check-in!!"

"Hotel looked great from the outside. In room couldn’t tell if there was a blood or food stain by the bed. Front doors deadbolt was nearly impossible to lock. I went to use the body soap…empty, called room service up to replace, they replaced all three cause they were empty. Bathroom’s wallpaper was peeling, mold around soap holder, tiles looked like they needed to be replaced asap. Walls are super thin, heard the person above me walking around till 0330. The pool area smelled like rotten broccoli, had to leave after 5 min I just felt like I was going to get sick. For the price I paid a night for the weekend I was highly disappointed. I’ve never complained about a hotel before. Again just highly disappointed"
