"Clean rooms, good staff, but the fan did not work in my room and another room didn't even have a fan. It was also disconcerting to hear the muslim prayers over the speakers of the mosque behind us."

"Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms.
This was a disaster.
I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel.
It is not serious and not good for Expedia."

"Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel"

The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe.
I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja.

The lodge is situated beautifully in what feels like the middle of the rainforest, very nice, comfortable and clean facilities and the friendliest of staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there, including an easy drive into Jinja for a day trip. The only minor things we were less thrilled about were our noisy neighbors (the walls are paper thin, which works great for the sounds of nature, but also let you hear all conversations and other sounds from your cohabitants) and the fact that the...
