"非常失望，，因冷氣故障3-4小時換3間房、讓人苦不堪言。 晚上 7 點多入住 3 樓，空調面板顯示26度、一小時後只降 1 度，房間非常悶熱。跟向櫃檯反應後、無法改善，被換到 10 樓。沒想到情況更糟，進房空調面板顯示高達28 度，1個多小時後仍是26 度悶熱高溫。此時飯店才告知可能是「頂樓加邊間」，冷房本來就慢。那為什麼還安排我們換那間房！ 折騰到晚上 10 點多，房間溫度依舊很熱，上廁所等於進烤箱，飯店決定再次做當晚第二次換房。此時已經浪費了 3 個多小時，精神與身體早已累到崩潰，最後只能在無助中妥協。當晚房間26度依然悶熱，經過9-10小時，早上一開燈看空調面板顯示室溫25度。 我們一共只有2人、還特別訂豪華4人兩大床含早餐大房間，就是希望可以好好放鬆休息，結果把時間與體力，全耗費在飯店不斷的換房過程中。一間飯店無論幾星，如果連基本的冷氣都無法正常運作，說不過去吧！從入住後晚上3-4小時都在開箱、打包、再開箱打包….心情、睡眠、行程都被嚴重影響。 身為知名連鎖飯店，才8年的飯店；很糟的硬體維護與處理應變能力，實在令人失望。"

"Our stay at Lifu Garden Inn was fantastic. The host is so kind and helpful. We arrived low on gas and they helped us fill up from a local nearby since the gas station there is not yet completed. The drive up to Lifu is incredible. What an amazing place to live. The restaurants are about 3 min up the road and are all delicious and the views are unbelievable with the fog rolling around on the mountains. Breakfast was great and the resident kitty, "mouse" was a sweetheart. We would absolutely stay...

"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."
